The document works from the process through the contractual Employers Information Requirements, through the strategic implications, management and implementation details. The documentation includes reference to the existing COBie documentation at buildingSMART international and at buildingSMART Alliance (USA), Try the instruction videos on 'COBie' on YouTube!

The package contains:

               COBie-UK-2012                     (word and pdf formats)

               COBie-UK-2012-template  (xls)

               COBie-UK-2012-example1 (xls, ifc and ifcxml) based on the StandardCell project.

Directories contain the additional data requirements for 2 product types (a further 700 are available) to support the Purpose of specification/selection/replacement .

The COBie-UK-2012-reports directory shows provisional mappings of the COBie information as ePIMS, CoST, CITE42 and as a summary report and a whole life report.
